I used to love my job... now it's annoying as heck. I come in here and all of a sudden, everything in my life is a tragedy. I automatically seem to find reasons to take things negatively. Then once I leave here, I am smiling again. I can't leave because I plan to go back to college Fall of 2007. I would like my boss to give me a letter of recommendation in the future and the pay ain't bad. If I get another job, it will probably suck more than this one.

I can tell you that I don't particularly like my job either, but it's been a heck of a lot better since I now have HOPE. I got hope when someone proposed a terrific business opportunity that I'm now working at and soon I'll be able to "retire" from this "job" and work my own business full time. But, full time isn't all my time. . .when I'm financially free, I won't have to run my business, it will be able to run itself, that's due to the system that is in place. This is an Internet marketing opportunity where you're paid for shopping and paid for referring others to shop also. . .it's so simple. My retirement is coming sooner than you'd think. I'm a receptionist as well. There's one guy that works in one of our other locations who calls up and I have to deal with him. Every time I answer the phone and it's him, he'll take forever to actually say anything, then asks me to take an order without even knowing what the hell he's ordering. Then once I get everything written up and faxed off to him, he'll change the order at LEAST once, if not three or four times.

I would say about 30% of workers feel this way. They are stuck between a rock and a hard place, because they aren't trained for anything better.

Can we meet for a beer sometime? I've hated both of mine for some time and I can only quit one.
