Im 36 weeks and i still get nosebleeds my doc said its cause of the increased sense of smell or something but also now that its winter time the air is getting drier having a humidifier in the house or room will help with the nose bleeds your next prenatal visit ask your doctor about your concerns

I wouldn't worry about it unless there's a lot of blood and it happens more than a couple of times a day.

I got nosebleeds my whole pregnancy but they were usually first thing in the morning.

pregnancy wreaks havoc with your sinuses.and nosebleeds are a side effect.you need to keep your sinuses moist with a humidifier and saline drops.this should help but it really doesnt get alot better until you deliver.i know that bleeding from anywere during pregnancy is scary but if its not a whole lot and not constantly i really would just write it off as another pregnancy side effect!

No cause for concern. The nasal membranes are very similar to the vaginal and uterine membranes. Therefore, it has increased blood flow just like the uterus and vagina. You may continue to get nose bleeds throughout your pregnancy.
