I am considering setting up a Advisory Services to deal with Immigration, Housing and Accident Management in the UK. Please could someone tell me I need to register my company with the Law Society or any other organisation to provide this service?

You should maybe speak to the Law society !!

I would think so - once when I was in Court I saw a defendant convicted for supplying immigration advice without having the appropriate qualifications.
