How exactly do you go about shipping something threw fed ex from canada to the US?

Do you just drop the item off in a box at the post office and say you want to send it threw fed ex or what?

FedEx is not the same as the post office.
Fill out the FedEx forms. Call FedEx (their number should be on the FedEx form that you have) if not, call Directory Assistance for the number or look on the fed ex website. You need the account number for the Fed Ex account so the package can be charged, if you don't have a FedEx account call FedEx and ask how you can pay for it.

fed ex is very easy to use. Package your stuff up carefully. Call the 800 number and tell them what you have to ship. Mark down the size (dimensions) and the weight. They will come to your home to pick the package up and all you have to do is pay with a credit card.
