I'm 21 weeks pregnant and since yesterday I have been insanely emotional. I can't stop crying. Is this normal for the second trimester?

There is a tremendous expand within the hormones in a girl's frame throughout being pregnant. Everything ramps up for the delivery. These are the equal hormones that have an impact on a girl as she is going via her cycle. Have you ever been round a girl who has instructed you she has PMS proper then? Its the equal factor. Sometimes its such as you simply wouldn't have any manipulate over your self, the results can also be overwhelming. I'm certain my husband has notion me mad while I look dissatisfied and he asks what is incorrect and I say "Everything!!!" and throw myself at the mattress and sob. During being pregnant, that is approximately as lively because the hormones get, so my fine recommendation is to kindly forget anything is bizarre, preserve her hand or hug her, and say, "It'll be o.k.". Something such a lot guys do not get is that a lady does not consistently wish her main issue solved while she's dissatisfied. (Which men are programmed to do-repair the main issue.) Alot of occasions we all know the reply, we simply wish to be heard and comforted. Back rubs and foot rubs are fine too. Her frame can be going via alot, so exhibit your appreciation that you do not need to cross through this! :)

Its normal all through pregnancy. Your hormone levels are higher when pregnant. The other day i just started crying for no reason and i couldnt shut it off! I cried for about 3 hours straight.

Your hormones are going crazy. My hormones give me a temper that I am not use to having. Your life is changing drastically so of course it is ok to cry. If you think it is out of hand let your doctor know. This way your doctor can help you and detect possible signs of post partum depression. Enjoy being pregnant because when the baby comes- the attention is on them and you don't' get to sleep much at night anymore. :)

Yes, it is very normal! Your hormones are all wacky right now. You could be like this until you have the baby. Its not weird or nothin. Being pregnant can make you very emotional and moody. Its normal, dont worry about it.

It's normal during the entire pregnancy to overreact, cry uncontrollably sometimes for no reason at all, be sick, sleepy, angry, feelings of euphoria etc. It's all normal during the whole pregnancy because of your hormones going crazy developing that baby inside of you.
