If you were in a plane crash in the mountains and you survived, would you eat your friends and the passengers in order to survive? or would you starve to death?

carve 'em up!! Survival of the fittest. I watched an interview with the soccer team whose plane crashed in the Andes and they ate the dead. The one's that didn't died and the one's who did said it wasn't as bad as they thought it would be.

Eet passengers to survive. Dragon would eet the ones who died in the crash first, and let the others get weak. Then when everyone but Dragon was dead, Dragon would pack up some food and hike herself outta the mountains, munching on the meat the whole way.
Why? Cuz she's a Dragon and she wants to LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE!

I'm sure that for those that actually lived through this experience, this was a difficult choice. Many died & very few lived. Those that lived did what they had to in order to survive & I would hope that I could do what I needed to if put in similar circumstances.

Personally I'd take my chances on the slopes and try to make it to civilization. I'd take the possibility of tumbling to my death and losing myself in the wilderness before I would choose to eat dead people. Your question stated nothing about a rescue, so I'm going to die of starvation eventually anyway. Why prolong the inevitable? I hear freezing to death is actually a pretty painless way to go.

I don't know that I would eat ppl, but if it came down to it, I would in order to survive. But I would eat the guys first; since it wouldn't be the first dude in my mouth.

It sounds totally repulsive but I think being in that situation may force me (allow me to justify) eating another human. I think the drive to survive would take over.

Dead or not, I just don't think I could bring myself to eat human flesh especially off someone I care about. I wouldn't be able to eat it raw which means having to cut them up and cook them. Nope, sorry I can't. Ewww!

Eat the old people first. Sure, they are tougher meat --- but they weren't going to live much longer anyway.

I wouldn't think twice.
I'd eat anybody (well, maybe not my children, but anybody else) to survive. And I'd expect anybody else to do the same to me.

Hell yeah I'd eat my friends, I wouldnt kill anyone, but the second they died I'd start up the camp fire
