Heroe's is by far the best show currently on TV. Luckily I have TIVO since it conflicts with Monday Night Football. If you're looking for suggestions you should also watch Eureka on Sci Fi on Tuesday's I believe. Also The 4400 on USA. (it's off season right now)

lost-its on wednesdays in america but I'm in ireland and I have to wait until some kind person posts it up on the internet. I usually get to watch it by Saturday
I've started watching heroes too-I've only seen the first episode but its really cool
I watch One Tree Hill too-its on Mondays in Ireland :D
