I have called the company that i bought my domain from and they keep telling me that i need to buy more space and they keep blocking my access to my own site is this legal? Is there anyone i can call to report this or get more answers?

check your cPanel (if that's what they use) and check if you have to remove anything, some add a frame onto domains.

depends on the webhosting package you are purchasing from your webhost.

is it explicitly stated that you have unlimited access? Do you know what their bandwidth limitations are? How much "space" have you used in your webiste? There really isn't a thing called "unlimited" space on any webhost. There are always restrictions
