I have always had brittle nails. I began Weight Watchers in January. I have lost 45 lb by eating better, take calcium supplements and One A Day vitamins and exercise. BUT ALSO my fingernails are sooo strong and long now. I tried everything before. It's amazing! A benefit I never thought I'd get from it! And also with the release of the stress from being out of control on the weight issue I stopped chewing them.
