My favorite politician was not up for re-election, but all of the people I voted for won, so I'm pretty happy.

For the most part, yes, but I am disappointed that creepy Jim Gibbons(R) was elected Governor of my state (Nevada), and that John Ensign(R) was re-elected as Senator over Jack Carter (Jimmy Carter's son).

At first I was bummed that Dina Titus(D) lost to creepy Jim Gibbons for Governor, but now that I have had a chance to think about it, she is much more needed in the Nevada Senate where she is now.

Yeah, I am pretty pleased. I live in upstate NY and most of the people I voted for were elected. I am not pleased about our Comptroller or that Hilary got in again....But that was pretty much a lock. I am stoked about Spitzer as our Governor. All in all it was a very good election.
