what u gals wear under short skirt or a mini skirt and what is it name.is it long underwear or something else?

i wear normal boy short panty but it does not give full coverage what u say gals,only girls should reply to this question

Tights or pantyhose.
If boy shorts are not big enough to cover what you want covered, you're risking having your undies stick out from under your short skirt. Obviously you want something that's not going to be longer than your skirt...bike shorts may or may not be too long. Stick with the boy shorts or go with opaque tights.

I wear short running shorts if my skirt is really short
Or you wear something called dance pants
They are panties for dancing the rumba, where you lift your legs alot. They are like boy panties, but with even more coverage.
But the shorts I wear are Nike, and they are very tight, and short.
