I agree with yours except replace Grossman with Brees. Grossman not only hasn't proven himself yet with a whole season under his belt, but he's not a good QB. You can tell good young QB's by the decisions they make under pressure, Grossman throws int's under pressure, he's been doing that since college. If you want a young QB in there pick Rivers, he has a higher QB rating (even higher than Brees), he rarely throws int's, and he has a higher completion percentage than Peyton Manning. I would still put Brees above Rivers though, because Brees has proven himself longer in the nfl.
