You might want to ask your attorney. I'd say anytime after the bankruptcy has been finalized and is no longer pending through the courts, but you might want to get that confirmed.

I know in the mortgage industry you can obtain a mortgage one day out of bankruptcy. I would guess that this would be ok with a gift as well. You would want prove that it is a gift. The title and deed for the property must not have had your name before the bankruptcy then showing it transferring back into your name that would be fraud. The bankruptcy must also be dismissed.
