Yup.

Too slanted and biased. Cable news and the web are more interactive and interesting but newspapers will still be around especially in smaller towns because they need the local news.

The paid cirulataion numbers are decreasing yes....

But its due mostly to the change in demographics - the 20 year
olds entering the work force and becoming the next generation of newpaper readers were never in the habit of sitting down to a newspaper to get their news. They grew up getting info
from their computers.

I read something in the New York Post the other day, stating that the circulation for almost all the major newspapers in the US was down except for theirs.

Of course it is!! People get their information from the television, the internet, and the radio. Who has time to actually sit down and read a paper these days?
