I have a couple of actual-factual millionaires in my family (and no, I harbor no hopes for the will.) If anything, they're more frugal than the rest of us--they don't carry a lot of "walking around money", and they can account for everything they spend. They say it's how they got to be that wealthy in the first place.
Now, I'll bet that's how others who worked for it are with their money, too. But people like Paris Hilton who always had it and just had everything handed to them probably act differently there. I can't speak to that.

In my experience people who want to show off carry big wads and flash it about but normal rich people just carry what any other person would carry to see them thru the day.
Rich people arent rich because they carry money and spend it fast they are rich because they keep their money locked away.

those cards are only given to those that spend a lot...like paris hilton or lindsey lohan...they spend about 300 grand a year.
then they get discounts on luxury hotels...plain tickets...
ie=buy one get one free.
stuff like that
but poor/middle classers? for GET that

I'm a millionaire - believe me it doesn't go as far as it used to ....
A billionaire doesn't need cash. They have their little minions about to handle such mundane details like purchasing.
