It would be called Ya hoos!
The atmosphere would be something like this:
It would be a huge building with several floors.
One floor would have a band and congenial people. Lots of fun.
One floor would have a boxing ring with a referee that would watch your correct or incorrect jabs and randomly choose call you 'disqualified.'
If the ref says you are out! You have no recourse. Fair or not fair. YOU ARE OUT!
The top floor would have people who would be locked up when they come in. The gate keeper would be a very nice lady named Edna. The people she locks up would be the ones that are perverted, demented and socially unacceptable.
These would just be kept up on the top floor until they either learned to fly or killed each other or jumped.
What would I be drinking? Tia Maria and cream.

It'd probably be one of those bars with a really cheesy name, like "Yahoooooooo!" or something. Maybe a trendy bar, with neon lights and bad house techno music playing.. Of course, they'd have to set up an internet cafe in the corner somewhere.. Gotta make those albino internet addicts happy. There would probably be a bunch of teenybopper kids banging on the doors, trying to get in. And, me? I'd be at the bar, causing a scene and drinking a bullfrog. Hell Yeah.

1- it would simply be called the P&S Tavern.
2- the interior would be simple and not overlit; we like a bit of shadow.The crowd would be cheerful and boisterous. Lots of banter. Several private nooks for, well.....
3- Lately, I've been drinking Captain and Coke, but this place has a really well-stocked bar, so who knows what I might like to try.
