thats ridiculous, we are working on computers!! If you want to get more detail just zoom in closer!!

my contention is that people who defend big wacoms have never used a smaller one.

Well, when I am doing technical illustration and have a dozen palettes open, the extra size work very well for me. If you are doing fine art, yeah, you can get away with one of the smaller sizes.

if you do flash animation a larger tablet is easier to draw and get details with than a smaller one. I can controll the pen better and have a larger work area on my tablet than compaired to one of a smaller size
