You can cut pieces of fabric into shapes, and glue it using pastie glue...or purple gluestick--it glows under black light! (I don't seriously recommend that, lol). Not many exotic dancers in pastie clubs use pasties, usually just liquid latex (if legal), or adhesive bras.

If you want burlesque style pasties, it would be best to purchase them, they can be hard to size.
