All of my husbands work tools were stolen 3 days ago. Insurance co says we are not covered for the loss. Is there any kind of victims assistance that can help us. Our loss is in excess of $10,000.00 and we don't know what to do

go to your local courthouse they'll proabably be able to help you. if not then contact a lawyer. possibly depending on were you live. if it will cut into your income i think there are government loans or grants. my father in law had about that much stolen in tools from off of a job site i think he got help from somewere like that. anyway a lawyer would be able to tell you.

I would like to answer your question, but a bit more info would be helpful. Can you please add to your question and explain why it is that the insurance company said that this theft is not covered? I find this somewhat perplexing. Thank you!
