Neither
As one respondent put it global warming - last year in 2005 the Daily Mail in their infinite wisdom and followed by other wise media sages such as the BBC proceeded to run "we're all going to die stories" over avian flu - cue much brow beating and pompous pseudo scientific twaddle follwoed by months of more of the same media hysteria - and here we are at the end of 2006 and yep, no pandemic, very few deaths and nothing near anything the stupid media predicted in their headlong rush to terrify and make us all more stupid. As for terrorism...it will as it has always done tear us apart. The fear of terrorism and the stupid media are more likely to be the downfall of humanity - now let's get a life and get on with living it....

Avian flu, terrorism and even H bombs are mere itches, compared to global warming.
The earth is going to shake us off its surface, and to do it during our lifetime. We won't know what hit us, and even the worst terrorists will look pretty silly when they realize what a REAL destructive force is like.
Politicians don't care about doing something about it: it doesn't help them win the next election.
Too bad. And nowhere to escape.

C. Ignorance

From your two options it is all a guessing game. If the bird really gets bad(mutates in the wrong way) I would say the bird flu, otherwise, terrorism.
