The funding from corporations. I want an average working Joe to be President. These candidates have no clue about day to day life for the working class, nor do they care. It makes me sick.

Change all terms to 1-2 years. Have a election every year or every other, this would keep our politicians in check and force true accountability. End all political ads and have only public debates. Ban all lobbyists from Washington and end this relationship of politicians and big business. Take away the presidents veto power over congress and end the electoral process in the presidents race. End appointments of all judges and force them to be elected just like our politicians. The biggest though is to end the politician/big business relationship and stop all money exchanging hands in Washington, public debates only, no money for ads, bribes, and corruption. This current system is set-up for big business to control and dictate our way of life, this must end. I'm glad to see the Dems won both the house and most likely the senate, but would the majority of Dems agree with the above, I think not. This is why we need to force these issues, if the Dems fail to change things for the better soon, I fear the worse for this county. The system needs to be overhauled either way, but this major shift in power gives the Dems the opportunity to change the system and do right. If they fail to see the light as the republican leadership has the past 6 years, there will be little hope for our great county and it's people. It may be time for a true revolution, end this gap between the rich and poor, and get this selfish idea of taking capitalism to the extreme in order to make a million no matter who it hurts and kills out of the norm. A true American is a giver, not a taker, and would sacrifice their life in order to create justice and opportunity for all. Most Americans care more about what they own and how much money they have or can make, rather than the welfare of others. How sad is that? And to be honest, I really just think it's hopeless and believe America is being sold to the highest bidders and there's nothing we can do about it.

Make Supreme Court justice terms 20 years with one expiring every two years. That way every president get to appoint a couple and keeps them fresh. I do not want people on the court for 30 or 40 years.
The court is the real Law making body in the country so I would like to see more turn over in it.
Then make the confirmation process mandatory in a short amount of time. That way the position is never empty.
Some years Democrats would scream of the unfairness, other years Republicans would be the ones to scream foul. Overall I think it would be better than having all these old judges hanging on for a change in political climate or because they feel anointed by God or because they have already gone senile.

Teach them to become a concerned & matured citizens - who will live up to the expectations and respect of the people who voted for them. They must deserve every vote. They must not waste time to stupid debates but focus on the more important issues to become productive and help majority of the citizenry in need. They must take seriously the role they were chosen to. Mahiya naman sila sa Diyos na nagluklok sa kanila, bakit sila ganyan, wala ng inisip kundi isalba ang kanilang mga pwesto. They must change heart from worst to good at least. "£$%"£*£"%
