it is made of mych chemical substnces which are not dangerous for the skin with other components which gives it its beautiful colour.

I am not sure how it is made now but twenty years ago I do know that it was made out of crushed beatles. I am not lying! Gross, huh?

Mr.Make-Up makes it in his factory which is located on a planet behind the sun...(thats why we cant see it)
And that is the reason for Area51, they fly there to pick up the shipments.....
