It's a overcast day, I have overdrawn my bank account, My insurance went up and I am on my period. I am so depressed. Oh yeah and the president is interupting the soaps and my internet keeps going down.

Realize that the only control you have at this point, is your mood or attitude toward the situation. You can't do anything about your bank account at this point except prevent it from happening again, your insurance has gone up (i don't know why), but set yourself a budget to afford it. The president is interupting your soaps, because he is talking about a resignation of the Secretary of Defense...which is important. I sympathize and empathize with you....there are days when things go wrong-- some things we can control and some things we can't. It is our attitude....don't stress yourself out. Pick up the phone call a friend that you know can make you smile just by talking to him/her. If you can't get in touch with them, don't get upset. If you can't find something fun to do at home, and don't have money right now.Do something to keep you preoccupied or can give you progress in life (be productive)....whether it is creating your budget, cleaning your house, writing an email to a friend....something that you have needed to do, and do it. It will make you feel better knowing you have accomplished something on a day where everything else seems to be falling apart. If you don't have the energy and just feel like "hibernating", curl up in a blanket watch a good movie, or take a nap.Just try not to get down on yourself or worry about things you can not change right at this moment...they are preventative so you will do different next time. But if you sit there and think "whoe is me", then do you think that will make you feel better? Recognize it has been a bad day, say a prayer, and try to let it go and relax.
I hope it gets better!! :)

Dunno. I'm in the same boat myself.
Maybe pull the blankets over your head, take a nap, and when you wake up it'll be better. Wish I could take a nap. Have toddler, so...nope
Otherwise, when all else fails. Comfort food.
