b) getting out of Iraq now,

I think 20 years is optimistic, it's closer to 12-15... Hopefully the new faces in Congress can start exercising some fiscal responsibility (in stark contrast to our current President) and prevent a complete collapse. I think as long as get pointed in the right direction on our economy, we can avert disaster.

That's a mixed bag. Yes I think taxes should be raised on the wealthiest Americans who this country has been so kind to. At the same time I'm against out of control government spending by the Republicans. I'm for a much smaller government and lower taxes for all.

Bush got us into this h*ll of Iraq. It will be up to Democrats to get the United States out of this horrible situation with some dignity. Unfortunately, all of the solutions are bad.

If we have a depression in 20 years, it will have nothing to do with tax cuts or the war in Iraq.
