Too much sarcasm here! Check that your KB language is the right one for you.

Not really sure if you mean cntrl keys but if you use a small flat screw driver ( and after you turn computer off and disconnect keyboard) and gently pry the keys upward til they pop off. Some people can do this with their fingers I am not one of them. Then put the keys back on where they belong and push down in middle of key firmly but gently so you know its snapping into position and not being forced into wrong position.

Huh? That's a new one on me since I believe they both serve the same function.

If you have CONTROL key problems, borrow another keyboard to see if the keyboard is the flaw. I hope that works as keyboards are not that expensive. A Friend probably has a spare left over from a screwed tower. I have given away a couple good ones. How many keyboards can I use at once?

Is this a joke?
Both keys are exactly the same in functionality.
