Yes, with the shift in the balance of power, his reign as supreme dictator is over. The checks and balance restored to government is a fine example of democracy at its finest.

Your question is based on the (erronious) assumption that George W. Bush was a dictator in the first place. If you believe that, I, in all seriousness, suggest you go out and educate yourself of history to find out what a REAL dictator is like... Look up Hitler, our check out Hugo Chavez, Kim Jong Il, Achmadennijad. Or better yet, go live in one of the countries run by these people...
Regardless, his time here is not at an end. He has two years left. This may be the beginning of the end for Democrats though. Since they now live in glass houses themselves, they can no longer merely sit back and throw stones. If nothing gets accomplished, they lose, as blame will go to them being the majority in the house. If they actually work WITH the president instead of against him, they lose, alienating themselves from their base.
Sorry to dissapoint you.

You will think he was a pussy cat when you see what is in store for the next 2 years.I would pay all my employees in cash if I could because with this congress I am going to go under with my tax Bill. I remember how I almost failed with the Clinton tax policy . I guess I will be paying that 49% tax again . If the democrats go back to rob the rich policy again the Republicans will be even greater in 08.Lets see how the Dem's sell us out with the terrist. How are we going to appease them this time , Invite them to the Congress for tea?

Not yet, but you can see the little beads of nervous sweat upon his brow. I hope that soon he will be impeached as a war criminal. He lied to get us into war, and then tells America it really was about the oil. What a jerk. There is no amount of oil that is worth a single brave troops life.

Hope so.
Lets face it , he got to play in the big league.
He's happy, has no idea how badly he screwed up.
He will live like a king for the rest of his life secure in the knowledge that dad & Jesus love him no matter what..

He is the President of a great nation, not a dictator. His term ends in 2 years.
