I'm not sure if the correct word is regret or not, but being a single father of my one and only 15 yr. old son has been quite tough at times. He is a great kid, and I love him very much! But I would NEVER have done it again! I think "fatherhood" just didn't go the way it should have (family, not a single father deal). I paid child support for 13 yrs. until his mom just about ruined him. I had him every Thurs., Fri., Sat., and Sunday for those years and now have full custody and he is doing very well. The answer: I would never do it again!

I would not trade my children for anything in the world, and I have never regretted having them for my sake, I am glad I'm not dating and partying any more. what I do regret is that I selfishly brought children into a world that is so cruel . I think that every time i see my babies cry or get their feelings hurt, but I wouldn't trade one second of their lives for all the money or freedom in the world.

I don't think that anyone can honestly deep down in there soul say that they regretted having there child. I am sure that they regrette have there child to soon or having there child with nothing to offer them but never regrette having them. I had one child at the age of 16 and I knew that deep down in my heart that in order for him the have the best life that any child could ever have is to give him to a family that could take care of him. Some times I regretted have sex with his father but never regrette having him. And the one thing that needs to be made clearer is that babies don't love they need love to go on

well they always say no parent could ever regret giving birth to their child.. and i think that is sort of true, and when they do regret it its just because they think back of all those days that they were free and not having to worry about anyone but themselves..

or some people belive they havent raised their child properly and wish they never gave birth to the child.
i dont know im not a parent yet :)

I could lie and say that its never crossed my mind but I won't. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed but I quickly get over it. My baby is my reason for living. And sometimes they say the cutest little things and I feel I wouldn't trade them for the world. The pros definitely beats out the cons.
