Now for your question.
Not only the muslims or muslim countries, every sovereign country of the world has to make its policies in accordance with that of the US.
Therefore every country is affected by the US policies in one way or the other. The friendly nations dont mind it, but there are many nations like India, China, Russia etc who dont follow the US policies strictly and wish that one day US will be taught a lesson.
Havent you obseved what the US has been doing in the UN since its inception ? There is no meaning of world opinion in the UN.
The whole world has witnessed it hundred times.

Muslims think America must be taught a lesson because we are a democracy and our people enjoy the freedom to worship as they wish and to speak as they wish and to educate themselves to their best capabilities. We choose similar friends like their arch enemy Israel. We are not Muslims, therefore infidels and they want to destroy all the infidels.

Because most of the time it targets muslim countries.. and it holds its army in saudi arabia..So, most of the muslims hate U.S.
& now even the muslim citizens in U.S are being watched with more suspicion fearing terrorist attack.. Whic makes U.S to be hated more by muslims..
