My first guess would have been a 3 pc bathing suit :) But....I think it is some sort of suit that you can wear if you are doing a triathalon. Transitions easily from swimming to biking to running!!

Janet is probably the closest. It is similar to a three piece bikini.
It is a variant style of bikini called trikini (originating in 1967), with separate bra cups held on by Velcro, falsely presumes a compound in bi-.

I think you mean Tankini and its like a bikini but more material and more flattering. The bottoms are like shorts and the top half is bigger.
