It is a program whereby the employer rewards employees for suggestions on how to improve business. For instance, if an employee makes a suggestion which saves the employer $1,000 a year in paper costs, the employer would give the employee a percentage of that savings... or would give the employee a cash 'reward' for making the suggestion. There are many types of Employee Suggestion plans, and many of them are beneficial to both the employer and the employee.

In which an employee suggests things to do to imporve productivity, lower costs, better quanlity and so on. Sometimes there is financial gain if the suggestion is used.
