As you said it means 1 mole per cubic decimeter.
1 cubic cm or cc =1ml 10cm x 10cm x 10 cm =1000cc
decimeter=10 cm , cubic decimeter = 1000cc
1000 cc=1000ml = 1 Liter
It is a 1 molar solution, 1 mole per Liter
