how come when ever someone says nothing is wrong it usually means everything is wrong?

I do that myself! ha ha.

It means I guess that we just don't know how to talk about it, that we need to think it through first, and figure out how to go about talking about it in a way that makes sense.

Well I do it because there is so much wrong that it would be better to not say anything cos the answer is long and depressing.. and I don't want to get into it right then.
Also I try not to be excessively negative around certain people or at certain times .. but I guess it's not a good way of hiding it is it lol

It's a defensive move to minimize the damage that has either been done, or is ongoing, and hoping for a more pleasant recovery mode. It does not however , mean that everything is wrong.

most people I know say nothing is wrong because they want you to delve deeper. they are looking for someone to listen to them but don't want to ask. they also could just have nothing wrong except for a bad mood.

it really doesn't
we put more into the saying that w make things more worse for our selves.
try to see the little things that's good and not the things so bad.
look for the better thing in your life and try to keep on the happier side of life.
