It will mean that the terrorists win because the Democrats ( now in control of things ) will not confirm a strong secretary of defense. As a matter of fact, they have already balked at the new nominee because he's too "tough" for their taste. They are weak on national defense and are already proving it. Boy, are we in trouble!
