How do you fix a problem on myspace where it says you have 20 friends but only 19 are shown?

I'm guessing an account that was deleted, but why does it still count if nothing is there.

The person you added does not want to be added to you as a friend. But because you added him or her it still counts....It has happened to me and that was the answer I got.

i was wondering the same thing i sent an email to tom and he never got back to me on that. it does the same thing on my mom's
