I believe that it is from a song that has been re-done a few times. I think that Grand Master Flash did the original "Don't push me, cause I'm close to the edge I'm trying not to loose my head It's like a jungle, sometimes it makes me wonder How I keep from going under. . ."
I think more recently P Diddy sampled that in his song Can't nobody hold me down. Hope that helps.

That song was last used in Puff Daddy aka Shawn Combs album NO WAY OUT in a track called: "Can't Nobody Hold Me Down, The song combines elements of several previous singles, the most obvious being a slowed-down rhythm track sampled from Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five's "The Message".

It's not the tlc version. As all the song versions were kinda put into their own way in the movie. But she says "I don't want no scrubs" at the part where all the male penguins are about to sing to Gloria. When Semore says "Don't push me cuz I'm close to the Edge." Gloria then sings "I don't want not scrubs" and then Semore says "I'm tryin not to loose my head." Go to that part and listen. You will hear it. I had to actually go turn on the movie because my sister told me that's where is was. So it's confirmed. GOOD LUCK! I love that movie!
