It's a developed country. I checked out that link the answerer before me posted and I'm shocked that it only got officially recognized as such this year. I have lived in the Czech Republic for a few years and it is nothing like a developing country and I don't see why it kept that status this long. It's not that different from Western Europe at all really. It's definitely a developed country.

If you're in a big city it's developed. If you're in Hicksville, CZ then it's a lot more primitive.
