how do you think we got our freedom by standing back.

in the public eyes iraq does not deserve freedom like ours. we need keep fighting the terrorist for the people OF THE WORLD from the terrorist who rule it. and we are not dictator we are freedom fighters who fight for FREEDOM, JUSTICE AND LIBERTY. unfortunitly people lost sight of it and voted wrong yesterday.

and morally we are now also headed in the wrong direction. people need to be responible for their action and not blame it on science or the society.

finally for the budget there goes the state and national level budget and economy and our taxes. people what things to be in place for a better country and community. but who do you think we pay for it in the long run. we do with our taxes, not with the so called federal and state money people think we have.

country is in a mess thanks to the ungrateful american public who forget how our free

it really is an appealing idea. i does not placed it previous the activities to do something like this. yet perhaps that is not the activities. fairly that is political action committees (p.c..) and they employ people to apply social media to promote their beliefs and critiques. that is not outlandish, as virtually each and every company is now hiring people to represent them contained in the social media international. Tweeters are being recruited by virtually each and every specialist employer, so why not p.c.. and activities? As for the concept that they could be posing as their competition and posting outlandish comments, that is honestly conceivable. there's a large number of examples of loopy, paranoid, ignorant and offensive statements found on Y!A. To be honest, the most annoying idea is that that is punctiliously professional. If some people honestly trust a number of the outlandish issues being printed about Obama and Bush, or evolution and climate replace, or liberalism and socialism, there are some significant complications. I carry that Yahoo! solutions is the worst conceivable communicate board for political communicate, highly because there's no decrease back-and-forth. The Q&A format kills all communicate and decreases each and every argument to a chain of tangible skipped over bullet factors.

No, it didnt send a message. Votes are dollars in the bank for politicians. Thats why they want you to vote so darn bad, very few actually care about the people or long term goals or needs of america.

Theyre just eeking another dollar from the bread machine.

People didnt turn out in mass because they wanted to work together, they turned out in mass in an effort to overturn the hated opposing party.

I agree with you whole heartily. With a democratic majority in the house Bush will have to work with all members of congress now. It can only be good for the country for him to be more open to viewpoints other than his own. Especially since the changes in congress reflects the differing viewpoints of the electorate.

Large vote turn out????

Only 40% of those eligible to vote actually cast a ballot.

That is not a large voter turnout. It's pathetic.

you are absolutely correct ! it was wonderful to see such a great turn out. i hope this is a turning point for this nation, its a shame that the extremists on each side cause so many problems for the moderates which i think have a lot more in common than is portrayed in the media.

NO.
The American people still expect their own politician to bring home the bacon. The entitlement attitude has grown too large. Until that changes, that pandering will never stop.

It simply says the public is ready for a change. We have become stale with things as they are. We will see how much good this change makes. I pray change is always good.
