how can i shut it off? does anyone know where i can find a wiring diagram? i just want to cut the wire or something.

This happened to my 1983 Chrysler - I removed the fuse to stop it while I looked for a cure. "Fortunately", the car died a few months later and I never needed to spend the hours & money on searching for a fix.

I'm not sure that newer cars even have user-accessible fuses anymore.

The wire just unplugs from the horn. Better to fix the button so you can inform the airhead in front of you that the light's been green for ten seconds.

Find and remove the horn relay. If it is stuck the horn will sound continuously. The horn relay should be in the fuse box with other relays and fuses.

Either the relay is stuck or the horn botton. Take the horn botton on the steering wheel apart first. You can disconnect the relay too.
