i would be interested in talking to any person who has purchased an apartment or a house in mtwapa, or shanzu in mombasa kenya, for some advice

My partner and I have bought a house in Mtwapa and we also have a three quarter acre plot in Ngomongo (very near Shanzu).
The only advice I would give you is to do all your business through a reputable lawyer.

I bought my house near Mtwapa with an agent in Mombasa. You may contact them for advise and anything else you need to know. There is is no problems acquiring land or an apartment there.
