Personally, after 911, I have very strong feelings against it. If he is a turbanite, he should ditch the turban while running for office and then he can go to Bed Bath & Beyond and get himself a new turban, that is piled really high and maybe, just maybe, it will tickle the _____ of Allah as he is walking down the street.
Any true American has no business voting for a turbanite. Sorry. Their fault, not ours.

Fine with me. Church and State should be seperate. Plus, not all Muslims are terrorists. Muslim in Congress, great. Another point of view.

I have no problem with it. I vote based upon the political issues not race, sex, creed or color.
It's nice to see that most who are answering this question feel the same way.

That is what the USA is all about, isn't it? All people of all creeds are equal and can rise to the level of office that the people will entrust to them.
