for openers he's been acting like a Democrat for the last two years.. secondly he is the prodigy of the thousand year Reich. In the big scheme of things the election was actually a side distraction as the Terminator was able to secure himself another term. No Arnold's got his eyes on the prize and when that happens... truly a new world order will take shape.

California isn't a Democratic state anymore. Check the results - all republicans. I'm SO depressed.

The Governor did a great job when I lived there, way better than Gray Davis, and many people living there remember what it was like under Davis, because it wasn't many years ago. That is why the re-elected him. Look how many red states turned blue for this mid-term election. People are voting for people, not party lines, which is the way it should be.

From what I understand his opponent was a total jagoff and besides Arnie is a moderate and the rest of the republicans need to take a page from his book if they intend to win in 08

I agree with NoHands. But, I was wondering the same thing because CA is so liberal. My guess is because Arnold didn't do so bad for a Republican but now that he's been elected in for a full term, he might change his priorities and views.
