Call 411 and get the number to the high school. They should be able to give you the direct number to the district office where they handle this. Then you will probably have to fax a copy of your picture id and written request to get them.

At least that's how I did it.

You need to write a letter, phone calls do not work. They might take a fax. Some schools charge for transcripts. So call and check the only people who can answer the question is the high school secretary.

as you would anybody else...but most colleges have a standard form for you to use, and it has to go to the college, so best to snail mail their form.
