Check for loose things you may have put in the plastic pocket that may be bumping around when you drive. The passenger belt buckle might be knocking on the side of the door, too.

First make sure you have no lose objects in the cabin that are causing this. Then call the dealership and tell them that you want it fixed. Tell them that you are going to have a courtesy car (as good as yours), and they can keep your car until they have fixed it. If they won't play ball, try contacting Acura direct or sue.

The device that makes your window up and down probably doesn't have enough grease, so the joints are rattling. Try that.

could be something with thwe window motor/window mechanism
could be the seatbelt hitting the door
