Go to the doctor. Lumps in the throat may be swollen lymph glands, which can be a sign of infection or even cancer.

Lumps in the throat or lymph nodes may indicate mono, however a fevor should be present even if low grade. Other lumps in throat I would consider abnormal and should be checked out.
