I suppose this is a girl question really. Guys always want to have sex from 12 and up. Go over the basics with her. Tell her what STD's are, and what happens if she gets pregnant.. and tell her how to prevent both of these from occuring. Maybe your parents want to put her on the pill before she tries anything? Shields up before entering the wormhole captain..

Try all she wants. It is still up to you.
Please don't. It will be something that you will have to live with for the rest of your life when you meet each other years from now at weddings, parties, get togethers, etc. Not worth it.
P.s. And that is if you attend because normally you or both of you feel bad about it later and neither of you will show up at the family gatherings.

is she a younger girl? Is she having issues at home or in her personal life? perhaps she is simply looking for comfort from someone she trusts. Sex re-affirms life, after all.
Does she understand that it is wrong? Maybe she is doing it all for the wrong reasons and sex isn't actually what she is after. Maybe she needs attention?I would suggest that you ask her why she wants to and perhaps consider having her enrolled in some sort of therapy.

Even she is ur half sis,still ur"sis"right!U must say no to her~tell her u won't and if she is keep act like that than u must tell ur parents and try not to still alone with her and tell her if she won't change u will never talk to her. For real? Tell your parents, she obviously is crying out for help of some kind. She must know its unacceptable to have a sexual relationship with a sibling (step or not), so by persistently asking, its obvious there are some issues going on that need adult attention. Please tell a parent, asap. You arent telling on her, you are helping her, which is what she really wants.

Keep saying no! It is as you probably know considered incest. Moral reasons aside an unexpected pregnancy could occur and then the problem would become very sticky.
