Looking for advice on the best porn filter?

I have 2 small children who use the home computer and want to make sure they don't stumble across any pornography. Yes they are in a room where I can watch them but some things just pop up when you type in words like "scorpion" it’s a creature and something else. Any software recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
