If you have titration facility, take 2ml NaOH in a conical flask weigh it and add100 ml DM water add 1 drop phenolphthalien indicator the solution become pink. titrate it with 1 Normal H2SO4 and see how much ml H2SO4 will take to change the solution color to colorless(m) Calculation = [1(normality of acid)x (m) x 40] / wt of NaOH, this will give the strengh of NaOH

ummm if it's a drum of sodium hydroxide then it's 100% sodium hydroxide assuming it's not contaminated.
