Snakes can see, rather well actually. They can see shapes in slightly less clarity than a human, they see colors (while many mammals do not--like dogs), and they're very sensitive to motion although they can see object that aren't moving too. They can focus their eyes but not to the degree that a human can, and you'll never see one blink its eyes, because they don't have eyelids. Rather they have a protective scale that covers their eyes. When they shed their skins, they shed this "eye-scale" as well. During this time, the scale will become cloudy and the snake will not be able to see very well and are more apt to strike out of fear.
Snakes can hear, but only very low frequencies and these are more along the lines of vibrations from footsteps and the low bass from a speaker system. My snake always headed straight for the sub woofer whenever the music was on. There isn't an external ear, in that you won't be able to see an "ear hole" on a snake like you would on a lizard. They have a very simplistic inner ear that isn't very sensitive to sound at all. So if you come across a snake in the woods, your screams aren't what startles it, but rather your thrashing arms and jumping are.
Any animal can drink milk. It's a matter of whether they digest milk. Snakes, like most animals, can digest most of the things that make up milk, with the exception of lactose. Juvenile mammals, like kittens and puppies, have an enzyme that allows them to digest the lactose in milk. However, when they become weaned, they lose this ability. Reptiles do not nurse and so never have this enzyme and do not have the ability to digest lactose. Humans are strange in that many retain the enzyme needed to digest lactose long after they are weaned. But a few do not and are known as lactose intolerant. The usual symptoms of lactose intolerance involve cramping, feeling bloated, diarrhea (sometimes), and just a general feeling of discomfort when trying to digest the lactose without the proper enzyme. Based upon this, I would gather that feeding a snake milk might make give it a rather nasty stomachache.
A few species of snakes known as pit vipers have the ability to detect infrared by use of pits located between the eye and nostril on either side of the head. However, not all species of snakes have this, in fact, most do not. A common example of a pit viper would be a rattlesnake, and snakes like boas and pythons at the pet store do not have the pits.
Snakes do "smell" by use of their tongues in combination with a Jacobson organ on the roof of their mouth. This unique method of smell is the reason that snakes have slender forked tongues. The tongues shape helps it to gather scent particles, even in the water. A ribbon snake I had used to flick its tongue out under water in search of fish.
In short, a snake views its world through sight (with particular attention to movement and vibrant colors), smell, touch, and low frequency vibrations which usually meant predators are near.

Snakes use their extraordinarily sensitive infrared sensors to create a similar image based upon heat emitted by objects in their environment. Its like us humans seeing a thermal image-that's the way snakes see the world.
And Snakes have no middle ear so they don't hear sounds as we do. They can detect movement through changing color patterns and through vibration. Snakes see shapes but not details. Snakes find their food through their excellent sense of smell. Unlike humans, snakes do not use their noses to smell. Instead, the snake smells through an organ on the roof of the mouth called the Jacobson organ. When a snake flicks its tongue in and out of its mouth, it collects scent particles from the air which the snake passes to the Jacobson organ.

Snakes can see, but most have limited vision. They do not have ears, but can "hear" vibrations through their jawbone. I suppose they could drink milk if it were forced down their throat, but they don't normally drink milk. That's a mamallian thing....

Snakes see better in a dark place, at night and it depends on their vision and some will drink milk. I used to have one that liked milk. It depends.

I dont think you must bring in gender issues into the realm of snakes as well. As to your other questions, I am not a snake and I dont know. You can refer to the answers that the other snakes have given.
