Is the fallen evangelist ,Ted Haggard, the son of singer Merle Haggard?

I know that one of Merle Haggard's sons is an evangelist/inspirational speaker, as he was a guest at my sister's church. Is Ted Haggard related to Merle?

Merle's son's name is Marty, and I saw him, several years ago, at my parent's church.

When they asked him to leave the church, he should of said,'Yeah, I'll leave the church and you can take this job and shove it! I aint go'n to work hear any more!" Oh my mistake that was Johnny Paycheck LOL!
