Off the top of my head, I would say around 15%.
I know for sure that their currency is worth nothing outside Nigeria.

I cant say for sure but the central bank is sure trying to keep it low. As for the who that says our money is worthless outside nigeria should check out the cedi before saying that again.

I really have enough of people who bash Nigeria and have never been there. Their money isn't worthless but there is inflation.

Sounds about right. Hate to bash the place but can't help it. Something about the way they operate the electrical supply ( or the lack of it) that just makes people lulu.
